VIP Reward Challenge April 2024 v1.2

This VIP Offer Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from April 10, 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to May 9, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”). To claim the Promotion, a user must: (1) be physically located in a jurisdiction in which the user can order lottery tickets on Jackpocket’s app or website (collectively, the “App”), (2) have received an invitation from Jackpocket welcoming the user to the Promotion (an “Invitation”), and (3) have opted-in to the Promotion as instructed in the Invitation (“Opted-In”). Upon completion of the three steps in this paragraph, eligible customers will become “Participants” in the Promotion and be awarded, within seven (7) days after the close of the Promotional Period, non-withdrawable credits (“Credits”) equal to two and a half percent (2.5%) of the total dollars spent by such Participant on lottery ticket orders on the App during the Promotional Period.

All lottery ticket orders placed during the Promotional Period will count towards the determination of the Credits award, regardless of when the Participant Opted-In. Activity on any other Jackpocket-branded product, including Jackpocket Casino, will not count toward the determination of the Credits award. Credits are not withdrawable and no cash will be provided for them. The Credits will be deposited into the Participant’s account within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotional Period. The Credits award will be voided if the Participant’s account is not in good standing throughout the Promotional Period.

By accepting any Credits, Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion, as well as the Jackpocket Terms and Conditions, available at https://jackpocket.com/tos/, and Privacy Policy, available at https://jackpocket.com/privacy/, each of which govern this Promotion and all use of the App. Void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. Jackpocket is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in Credits. Jackpocket reserves the right to exclude certain users from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold Credits if there is reason to suspect that such users are fraudulent or, at Jackpocket’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of Jackpocket’s Terms and Conditions. Any user who is found to be ineligible to play on Jackpocket immediately forfeits any Credits which have been awarded.
