Spooky Scratchers Challenge 2024 Promotion – Terms and Conditions
General Requirements and Eligibility
This Spooky Scratchers Challenge 2024 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from October 21, 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to October 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”). To claim the Promotion, a customer must: (1) be physically located in Colorado, Oregon or Texas and be 18+ years of age or older, (2) receive an email or other communication from Jackpocket inviting them to participate in the Promotion, (3) spend a minimum of ten dollars ($10) on orders for in-app lottery scratch tickets (“Scratchers”) in the Jackpocket Lottery app (the “App”), (4) have a Jackpocket Lottery account that is not locked, suspended, disqualified or otherwise not in good standing; and (5) be using Android Version 2.13.7 or iOS Version 2.13.8 or higher of the App. This Promotion and all use of Jackpocket Lottery, including account eligibility, are subject to the Jackpocket Lottery Terms and Conditions, available at https://jackpocket.com/tos. The Promotion can only be claimed once (1) per customer. Upon completion of the five steps in this paragraph, eligible customers will become “Participants” in the Promotion and will be awarded a certain amount of non-withdrawable credits on Jackpocket Lottery (“Lottery Credits”) based on the amount spent on orders for Scratchers, as laid out in the following table:

The maximum reward that can be claimed through the Promotion is twenty dollars ($20) in Lottery Credits. The rewards listed above are non-cumulative; for the sake of clarity, if a customer spends more than fifty dollars ($50) on orders for Scratchers, they will only receive Lottery Credits in the amount of twenty dollars ($20). Lottery Credits are non-cashable, non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn. The Lottery Credits must be used in full during a single order. The Lottery Credits can only be used on orders for draw-based games; for the sake of clarity, the Lottery Credits cannot be used on orders for Scratchers or any other orders or purchases on Jackpocket other than those for draw-based games. Lottery Credits will be awarded to qualified customers within seven business days (or 168 hours) from the completion of the Promotional Period, provided the qualified customer met during the Promotional Period and continues to meet through the date that they receive and use their Lottery Credits, all applicable requirements contained herein.

Limit one (1) Spooky Scratchers Challenge 2024 Promotion per customer. By accepting any Lottery Credits, Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion, as well as the Jackpocket Lottery Terms of Service, available at https://jackpocket.com/tos, and Privacy Policy, available at https://jackpocket.com/privacy, each of which govern this Promotion and all use of the Jackpocket Lottery app and website. Void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. Jackpocket is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in Lottery Credits. Jackpocket reserve the right to exclude certain customers from the Promotion, as well as the right to withhold Lottery Credits if there is reason to suspect that such customers are fraudulent or, at Jackpocket’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of Jackpocket Lottery’s Terms of Service. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on Jackpocket immediately forfeits any Lottery Credits which have been awarded. Jackpocket reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel the Promotion. Jackpocket is not affiliated with any state lottery.
