Texas Rangers $4 Credits Promotion – Terms and Conditions
This Jackpocket-Texas Rangers BOGO Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from September 14, 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time to September 22, 2024 at 12:35 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotional Period”). New Jackpocket customers who meet the eligibility requirements (a “Qualifying Customer” or “Qualifying Customers”) below, including purchasing a ticket to and attending at least one (1) of the Texas Rangers games taking place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas from September 19, 2024 through September 22,2024 (individually a “Game” and collectively the “Games”), will receive a promotional code for four dollars ($4) off their first lottery ticket order on Jackpocket (the “Code”). To attend the game and receive the Code, the Qualifying Customer must have the MLB Ballpark App (the “App”), which stores the Tickets (as defined below) and has more information about this Promotion in the “Partner Offers” Tile.
Eligibility. These Codes are only available to new customers who have never placed an order using Jackpocket and: (1) are physically located in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Texas, Washington D.C., or West Virginia, (2) are at least eighteen (18) years of age (nineteen (19) in Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Arizona); (3) during the Promotional Period, purchase from any primary or secondary sports ticket retailer at least one (1) ticket to at least one (1) of the Games(the “Tickets”); and (4) have at least one (1) of the Tickets scanned at the applicable Game.
Reward; Limitations. The Qualifying Customer will receive the Code upon at least one of the Ticketsbeing scanned at the applicable Game. The Code will be sent via push notification in the App and via email to the address associated with the Qualifying Customer’s App account. In order to redeem the Code, a Qualifying Customer must input the Code at checkout at the time of their first order on Jackpocket. The Code is non-withdrawable, non-cashable, non-refundable and non-transferable. The Code is single-use and must be used in full at the time of the first order. The Code can only be used on orders for draw-based games; for the sake of clarity, the Code cannot be used on orders for scratchers or any other orders or purchases on Jackpocket. The Code must be used by September 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). The Code can only be claimed once (1) per customer. The maximum reward that can be claimed through this Promotion is one (1) Code for four dollars ($4) off your first lottery ticket order on Jackpocket.
General Terms. By using a Code and accepting any reward, Qualifying Customers agree to abide by these Terms, as well as the Jackpocket Terms and Conditions, available at https://jackpocket.com/tos/, and Privacy Policy, available at https://jackpocket.com/privacy/, each of which govern the Promotion and all use of the Jackpocket app and website. Void where prohibited by law. Qualifying Customers are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. Jackpocket is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in any bonus rewards. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or the Jackpocket Terms and Conditions, will be determined by Jackpocket in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Jackpocket reserves the right to exclude or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards if you have violated or attempted to violate the Promotion Terms or Jackpocket Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, ordering lottery tickets on behalf of other individuals, circumventing Jackpocket’s age and location verification procedures, and abusing the Jackpocket Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to use Jackpocket immediately forfeits any bonus rewards that have been awarded.
