Official Promotion Rules
1. Jackpocket Inc. (“Jackpocket”) may from time to time offer a “Play Today, Get a Free Play Tomorrow” promotion (the “Promotion”) that will take place between a clear start date and time and end date and time (each, the “Promotion Period”) as described in each Promotion offer.
2. This Promotion is only open to Jackpocket patrons who have successfully opened a Jackpocket Account in the eligible States of Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington DC and West Virginia (“Jackpocket Account”).
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, a patron must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in Arizona), physically present in the eligible State when placing an order on patron’s Jackpocket Account and must complete a lottery ticket order for any game in any dollar value in patron’s Jackpocket Account during the applicable Promotion Period (“Participant(s)”).
4. A Participant who completes a lottery ticket order for any game in any dollar value in the Participant’s Jackpocket Account during the applicable Promotion Period will receive automatically the following day an email with a $2.00 promo code for use in Participant’s Jackpocket Account (the “Play Today Bonus”).
5. The maximum value of the Play Today Bonus is $2.00 in non-withdrawable Jackpocket account credits and each Participant can only receive one Play Today Bonus during the applicable Promotion Period. The Play Today Bonus may include an expiration date as may be described in the applicable Promotion offer.
6. There is no rollover or purchasing requirements on any winnings earned from a Play Today Bonus in this Promotion.
7. A Participant’s Jackpocket Account must be in good standing both at the time of entry and the time at which a Play Today Bonus is awarded.
8. Participant will be notified by email with the promo code for the Play Today Bonus.
9. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities as necessary.
11. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
12. By participating in this Promotion and accepting any Play Today Bonus, each Play Today Bonus recipient grants Jackpocket permission to use her/his name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, other user content, and address (city and state only) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
13. Jackpocket reserves the right to make changes to, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
14. Jackpocket reserves the right to change or modify the official rules of the Promotion due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
15. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Jackpocket whose decisions are final.
16. Jackpocket may disqualify any Participant from receiving a Play Today Bonus based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct, whether related to this Promotion or not.
17. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Jackpocket reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent the law allows.
18. Records related to this Promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
19. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to the official rules of the Promotion.
20. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Jackpocket and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.
21. Individuals who are on any state exclusion list, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible for this Promotion.
