Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by Jackpocket. PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

Promotion valid between 4/9/25 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 4/9/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in: CO (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Must be 18+ years of age or older. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to order on Jackpocket (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, fraud restriction, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Jackpocket Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must (1) have a valid Jackpocket account; (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion. The offer is only for the intended recipient - customers who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible; (3) opt-in by clicking the appropriate link/button; (4) complete the order requirement outlined below within the Promotional Period to receive a reward.

QUALIFYING ORDER

To qualify, customers must place an order for Monopoly ($10) (a “Qualifying Scratcher Order”). Orders must be placed using cash from your cash balance to be eligible for this Promotion. Orders placed using Jackpocket Credits will not count toward this Promotion.

BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION

Upon completion of the Promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive $5 in Jackpocket Credits. Jackpocket Credits will be issued within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotional Period.


BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS

Non-withdrawable Jackpocket Credits are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, have no cash value, and can only be used on Jackpocket. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any unused funds deposited subject to the Jackpocket Terms of Use. All promotions are subject to the Jackpocket Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
