BY SUBMITTING ANY ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Eligibility. This New York Mets Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of New York or New Jersey, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside of New York or New Jersey. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Jackpocket Inc. (the “Sponsor”), located at 145 W 45th St, Floor 12, New York, New York 10036. Sponsor, the Released Parties (as defined below) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assignees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

How to Enter. During the Entry Period, place a lottery ticket order on the Jackpocket mobile application and use promo code: AMAZIN at checkout. All entries must be received between 11:00 AM ET on July 29, 2022 and 11:59 AM ET on September 11, 2022 to be eligible.
The promo code does not provide a discount to purchase and is used to keep track of entries. For new users, placing an order will require downloading the Jackpocket mobile application, opening and registering an account, and funding the account prior to placing the order. All use of the Jackpocket mobile application is subject to its general terms and conditions at jackpocket.com/tos.
Free Entry. To enter for free, you must complete both of the following two steps, each of which is free and easy to complete in just a few moments of time (the “Free Entry”): first, you must download the Jackpocket mobile application and open and register an account and, second, during the Entry Period, you must go to the website, https://jackpocket.typeform.com/to/rQzOWPpt and complete the typeform on the website with the following information: full name, phone number, mailing address and the email address you used to register your Jackpocket account. The email address that you enter in typeform MUST match the email address that you used to register your Jackpocket account. If the email addresses do not match, then your entry will be disqualified. Upon successful completion of both of the steps noted hereunder, you do not need to fund your Jackpocket account in order to enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period and registering for a Jackpocket account is free.
Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple entries or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices (including but not limited to entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means) is strictly prohibited.
Winners and Prizes.
One (1) winner will be chosen, where the winner will win the following prize: (a) Two (2) lower level tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the New York Mets vs Atlanta Braves Game on October 1, 2022 at 7:20 PM ET at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia, which allows the winner and one (1) guest to occupy two (2) lower level seats at the game; (b) two (2) roundtrip economy tickets to Atlanta International Airport from a New York Area Airport on Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice; and (c) a one-night stay in one (1) standard, double occupancy room at a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value (ARV) to winner: $1,000.00 USD.
No substitution or transfer of prize except in Sponsor’s discretion; provided that if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternate prize of comparable value may be awarded. Actual value may vary based on airfare and lodging fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. The difference in value of the actual prize package and the ARV will not be awarded.
Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description above, including, but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, including baggage fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely winner’s responsibility, including any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other fees, expenses and incidentals. Winner understands there are inherent risks involved in travel to and from, and attendance to, Wrigley Field and these risks may be present before, during, and after the event. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor and MLB are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the prizes, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier.
Unless child of winner, guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo, government issued ID) prior to travel.
Winner and guest are responsible for complying with any COVID-19 requirements set forth by airline, hotels/accommodations, event venues or other vendors offering services that are part of the prize. Failure to comply with any required COVID-19 requirements may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize. Forfeiture of select elements of the prize due to failure to meet these requirements will not impact the value of the prize as reported on an IRS Form 1099.
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see braves.com/tickets for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see braves.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities, including but not limited to the wearing of masks if and when directed and the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the event).
Drawing. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period, taking place on or about September 12, 2022 at 9:00 AM ET. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means, to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person associated with the account or provided by email. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Sweepstakes rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email associated with their Jackpocket account or Free Entry. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone and/or email within twenty-four (24) hours after selection may result in disqualification of such winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize will be sent to winner by email within twenty-four (24) hours after such winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, then such prize will be forfeited and another winner may be randomly drawn.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible participants, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges and accepts to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor and the other Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize. ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, THE MLB ENTITIES (DEFINED BELOW), AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, UNDELIVERED OR GARBLED ENTRIES OR EMAIL; OR FOR LOST, INTERRUPTED OR UNAVAILABLE NETWORK, SERVER, INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER (ISP), WEBSITE, OR OTHER CONNECTIONS, AVAILABILITY OR ACCESSIBILITY OR MISCOMMUNICATIONS OR FAILED COMPUTER, SATELLITE, TELEPHONE OR CABLE TRANSMISSIONS, LINES, OR TECHNICAL FAILURE OR JUMBLED, SCRAMBLED, DELAYED, OR MISDIRECTED TRANSMISSIONS OR COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES OR DIFFICULTIES, OR OTHER ERRORS OR DIFFICULTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER HUMAN, MECHANICAL, ELECTRONIC, COMPUTER, NETWORK, TYPOGRAPHICAL, PRINTING OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ERRORS OR DIFFICULTIES WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES, THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED MATERIALS. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY SITE USERS, TAMPERING, HACKING, OR BY ANY EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANTS' OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON'S COMPUTER RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. The “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), MLB Advanced Media, L.P. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, including, without limitation, in social media advertisements and announcements.
Winner’s Name. The name of the winner (the “Winner List”) is available only for thirty (30) days after the Entry Period for the Sweepstakes ends. To receive the name of winner, where permitted by law, and/or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at nymets@jackpocket.com. All requests for the Winner List must be received by October 11, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET.
The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
