Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by Jackpocket. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Promotion valid between 1/28/2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 2/7/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in: New Jersey (the “Eligible Jurisdiction”). Must be 21+ years of age or older. New customers only. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on Jackpocket (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, fraud restriction, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Jackpocket Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) have never had a Jackpocket Casino account; (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; (3) sign up for a new Jackpocket Casino account during the Promotional Period; and (4) make a deposit of any vale into your Jackpocket Casino account to receive a Bonus Reward. Customers must be invited to receive this Promotion. Promotion is only valid for the intended recipient - customers who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will be credited with $10 in Jackpocket Credits. Jackpocket will credit customers' accounts within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotional Period. Maximum bonus reward of $10 in Jackpocket Credits.
JACKPOCKET CREDIT LIMITATIONS
Jackpocket Credits valid only for Jackpocket lottery app. Jackpocket Credits are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, have no cash value, and can only be used on Jackpocket. Limit one (1) redemption per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in Jackpocket's sole discretion. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or Jackpocket Terms of Use, will be determined by Jackpocket in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact support@jackpocket.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any unused funds deposited subject to the Jackpocket Terms of Use. All promotions are subject to the Jackpocket Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If a customer abuses the Promotion in any way, (a) the customer will be removed from the Promotion, and (b) Jackpocket Casino, in its sole discretion, may deny, withhold, or withdraw from such customer’s Account any bonus rewards together with any winnings derived from wagers made, in whole or in part, with such bonus rewards.
