$5 Jackpocket Funding Match Promotion
Official Promotion Rules
1. The Jackpocket, Inc. (“Jackpocket”) may from time to time offer a FUNDING MATCH promotion (the “Promotion”) that will take place between a clear start date and end date (the “Promotion Period”) as described in each Promotion offer.
2. This Promotion is only open to Jackpocket patrons who have successfully opened a mobile Jackpocket Account in the eligible States of Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington DC, and West Virginia. (“Jackpocket Account”), inclusive of automated or manual identification verification, but have not funded their Jackpocket Account since its opening.
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, a patron must be 18 or older, physically present in the eligible State when purchasing a ticket, and must use the promo code provided in the funding match offer when funding (“Participant(s)”).
4. A Participant who adds up to $5 into their account during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”) will have up to $5 in site credit automatically added to their Jackpocket account upon a successful funding transaction (the “Funding Bonus”). For the avoidance of doubt, if a Participant funds their account with $2, the Participant will receive $2 in site credit; if the Participant funds their account with $5, the Participant will receive $5 in site credit.
5. The maximum value of the Funding Bonus is $5 in site credit and each Participant can only receive one Funding Bonus during the Promotion Period.
6. Participants who fail to play through an amount equal to their Qualifying Transaction plus the Funding Bonus will not be permitted to withdraw their site credits from the Funding Bonus.
7. This offer may not be combined with any other welcome offer or promotion.
8. There is no rollover or purchasing requirements on any winnings earned from a bonus in this Promotion.
9. A Participant’s Jackpocket Account must be in good standing both at the time of entry and the time at which a bonus is awarded.
10. Participant will be notified by email, SMS, and/or phone when the bonus is added to their account.
11. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
12. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
13. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
14. By participating in this Promotion and accepting any bonus, each bonus recipient grants Jackpocket permission to use her/his name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, other user content, and address (city and state only) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
15. Jackpocket reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the Promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
16. Jackpocket reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion Period due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
17. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Jackpocket whose decisions are final.
18. Jackpocket may disqualify any Participant from receiving a bonus based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct, whether related to this Promotion or not.
19. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Jackpocket reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent the law allows.
20. Records related to this Promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
21. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to the rules.
22. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Jackpocket Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants. If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Jackpocket’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with their State Lottery.
23. Individuals who are on any state exclusion list, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
