Official Promotion Rules
1. Jackpocket LLC (“Jackpocket”) may from time to time offer a FUNDING MATCH promotion (the “Promotion”) that will take place between a clear start date and end date (the “Promotion Period”) as described in each Promotion offer.
2. This Promotion is only open to Jackpocket patrons who have successfully opened a Jackpocket account (“Jackpocket Account”) in any of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Texas, Washington DC, and West Virginia(each, an “Eligible State”), inclusive of automated or manual identification verification, but have not funded their Jackpocket Account since its opening.
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, a patron must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in Arizona and 19 years old in Nebraska), physically present in an Eligible State when ordering a lottery ticket, and must use the promo code provided in the applicable funding match offer when funding (“Participant(s)”).
4. A Participant who funds a minimum $10 into their account during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”) will receive a $5 credit automatically added to their Jackpocket Account upon a successful funding transaction (the “Funding Bonus”).
5. The maximum value of the Funding Bonus is a $5 credit and each Participant can only receive one Funding Bonus during the applicable Promotion Period.
6. Participants must order an amount equal to both their Qualifying Transaction and the Funding Bonus before they can withdraw any site credits earned from the Funding Bonus. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the inability to withdraw these site credits.
7. This Promotion may not be combined with any other Jackpocket welcome offer or promotion.
8. There are no additional ordering or purchase requirements on any winnings earned from the Funding Bonus in this Promotion.
9. A Participant’s Jackpocket Account must be in good standing both at the time of entry and the time at which a Funding Bonus is awarded.
10. Participant will be notified by email, SMS, and/or phone when the Funding Bonus is added to their account.
11. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
12. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
13. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
14. By participating in this Promotion and accepting any Funding Bonus, each Funding Bonus recipient grants Jackpocket permission and the right to use her/his name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, other user content, and address (city and state only) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
15. Jackpocket reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the Promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
16. Jackpocket reserves the right to cancel, or change the rules of, the Promotion due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
17. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Jackpocket whose decisions are final.
18. Jackpocket may disqualify any Participant from receiving a Funding Bonus based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct, whether related to this Promotion or not.
19. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Jackpocket reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent the law allows.
20. Records related to this Promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
21. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to the Official Promotion Rules.
22. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these Official Promotion Rules or situations not covered by these Official Promotion Rules will be resolved by Jackpocket Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.
23. Individuals who are on any exclusion list, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible for this Promotion.
