$5 Off First Time Scratcher Ticket Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by Jackpocket. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

Promotion valid between 11/4/24 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 12/31/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in: CO, MA, OH, OR, or TX (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Must be 18+ years of age or older. New customers only. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on Jackpocket (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, fraud restriction, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
 
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive $5 in Jackpocket Credits, valid only for scratcher games. Reward must be used on one transaction at time of checkout. 
 
BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS

Jackpocket Credits are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, have no cash value, and can only be used on Jackpocket. Jackpocket Credits do not expire and are used prior to any cash in your Jackpocket cash balance.
