Casino Challenge $50 for $50 - 2024 – Terms and Conditions
This Casino Challenge 2024 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from September 30, 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to October 6, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”). To claim the Promotion, a customer must: (1) be physically located in New Jersey and be 21+ years of age or older, (2) receive an email or other communication from Jackpocket Lottery inviting them to participate in the Promotion, (3) spend a minimum of fifty dollars ($50) on lottery ticket orders on Jackpocket Lottery, (4) have both a Jackpocket Casino and Jackpocket Lottery account that are not locked, suspended, disqualified or otherwise not in good standing; and (5) be using Android Version 2.13.7 or iOS Version 2.13.8 or higher of the Jackpocket Lottery app. This Promotion and all use of Jackpocket Lottery, including account eligibility, are subject to the Jackpocket Lottery Terms and Conditions, available at https://jackpocket.com/tos. The Promotion can only be claimed once (1) per customer. Upon completion of the five steps in this paragraph, eligible customers will become “Participants” in the Promotion and will be awarded: fifty dollars ($50) in non-withdrawable credits on Jackpocket Casino (“Casino Credits”).
Casino Credits
The maximum reward that can be claimed through the Promotion is fifty dollars ($50) in Casino Credits. Casino Credits are non-cashable, non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn. Casino Credits will be awarded to qualified customers by October 15, 2024 (the “Credit Date”), provided the qualified customer met during the Promotional Period and continues to meet through the Credit Date and use of the Casino Credits, all applicable requirements contained herein. Casino Credits must be wagered at least one (1) time. When a Participant places a wager, cash balances will be used before any Casino Credits are used; for the sake of clarity, Casino Credits cannot be used for wagers unless and until a Participant’s cash balance is insufficient to place a wager. Casino Credits can be used on any Jackpocket Casino game. Winnings generated from Casino Credits are stake-removed and will be transferred to the Participant’s cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. There are no restrictions on the funds a Participant will receive if the Participant’s bet made with Casino Credits wins. If a Participant’s bet made with Casino Credits loses, the Participant will not receive any reward. The Casino Credits will be voided for failure to comply with these Promotion terms and the terms of service and terms and conditions linked herein. General Terms
Limit one (1) Casino Challenge 2024 Promotion per customer. By accepting any Lottery Credits, Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion, as well as the Jackpocket Lottery Terms of Service, available at https://jackpocket.com/tos, and Privacy Policy, available at https://jackpocket.com/privacy, each of which govern this Promotion and all use of the Jackpocket Lottery app and website. This Promotion is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. Neither Jackpocket Lottery nor Jackpocket Casino are liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in Casino Credits. Jackpocket Lottery reserve the right to exclude certain customers from the Promotion, as well as the right to withhold Casino Credits if there is reason to suspect that such customers are fraudulent or, at Jackpocket Lottery’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of Jackpocket Lottery’s Terms of Service. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on either Jackpocket Lottery or Jackpocket Casino immediately forfeits any Casino Credits which have been awarded. Jackpocket Lottery reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel the Promotion upon notice to and approval from New Jersey regulators.
