To enter using the Free Method, without any donation, go to https://api.jackpocket.com/live/orders/new, and fill out the webform located there with the following information: full name, mailing address and the email address you used to create your Jackpocket account. For more information on the Entry Methods, including the Free Method, please see below and the Official Rules. IMPORTANT: The first name, last name, email address and zip code that you enter in the webform MUST EACH match the first name, last name, email address and zip code, respectively, that you used to create your Jackpocket account. If the first name, last name, email address and zip code do not ALL match, then you will not receive any Entries for this Sweepstake’s Drawing(s). Upon successful completion of the webform, you do not need to fund your Jackpocket account in order to enter for this Sweepstakes during the Entry Period and receive Entries in the Drawing(s), and creating a Jackpocket account is free.

All donations made in connection with any Sweepstakes are donated to the Donor Fund (i.e., Our Change Foundation, a Section 501(c)(3) charity). The Donor Fund distributes funds to the Charity named herein (provided that Charity has maintained its good standing with the IRS.) Each distribution to the Charity is equal to at least 30% of each Donation Increment (as defined below), and is made on a periodic basis (e.g., daily, monthly, quarterly) as determined by the Charity. Following the distribution to the Charity, the Donor Fund retains its administrative fee and the remaining funds are paid to the Sponsor as professional fundraiser fees, which are used to pay for expenses across all of the Campaign, including prize overhead and to pay for various operating and marketing costs and expenses. This is the April 18 5PM PT Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), with all proceeds going to the non-profit Our Change Foundation, which shall use net proceeds for the benefit of the non-profit The Fisher House Foundation (the “Charity”). This Sweepstakes is part of the 2023-2024 Jackpocket Live Sweepstakes Campaign (the “Sweepstakes Campaign”) and is governed by the Sweepstakes Campaign’s Official Rules, available at https://jackpocket.com/tos/jackpocket-live/ (the “Official Rules”) and these Sweepstakes Rules (the “Sweepstakes Rules”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given in the Official Rules. In a conflict between the Official Rules and these Sweepstakes Rules, these Sweepstakes Rules prevail.

Individuals who enter this Sweepstakes will receive one or more Entries into each of the three drawings (each, a “Drawing” and collectively, the “Drawings”) in the Sweepstakes. For more information on how to enter the Sweepstakes, please see the Official Rules.

As indicated in the Official Rules, these Sweepstakes Rules define and/or further describe the Participating Jurisdictions, Entry Period, Drawing Date, Donation Increment, Participant Maximum, and Entry Maximum for this Sweepstakes, and the Number of Winners, and Prize for each Drawing.

Participating Jurisdictions. This Sweepstakes and the Drawing(s) are open only to natural persons, excluding individuals referenced in the Sponsor section in the Official Rules, who, at the time of entering the Sweepstakes, are physically present in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, or Washington D.C. (the “Participating Jurisdictions”), and are the applicable minimum age set forth above in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Entry Period. The time period during which you can enter this Sweepstakes and receive Entries into the Drawing(s) begins at 9:00:00 AM PT on April 12, 2024 and ends at 4:59:59 PM PT on April 18, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

Drawing Date. The random drawing to determine the Winners of the Drawing(s) (i.e., the Selection Process) will occur at approximately 5:00 PM PT on April 18, 2024 (the “Drawing Date”). The live reveal of the Drawing(s) Winner(s) (i.e., the Reveal), which is for entertainment purposes only, will begin at the Drawing Date. The beginning of the Reveal consists of introductory comments by the host; the Selection Process’s random drawing will occur during these introductory comments and will be completed before the pre-determined Winners are revealed during the Reveal. Viewing the Reveal is entirely optional. THE REVEAL IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY; NOTHING THAT OCCURS DURING THE REVEAL DETERMINES THE WINNER.

Donation Increment. The “Donation Increment” is four dollars ($4). Subject to the Entry maximum, every Donation Increment donated to Our Change Foundation through the App during the Entry Period is equal to one (1) entry in each Drawing in the Sweepstakes. For illustration purposes only, if the Donation Increment is four dollars ($4) and you donate $4, you will receive one Entry per Drawing in the applicable Sweepstakes. In this illustration, if you donate $12, you will receive three Entries per Drawing in the applicable Sweepstakes.   

Participant Maximum. There is no maximum number of Participants for this Sweepstakes (the “Participant Maximum”).

Entry Maximum. The maximum number of entries per Participant per Drawing in this Sweepstakes is three (3) Entries (the “Entry Maximum”) regardless of the method of entry. You will not be able to receive more than three (3) Entries into any Drawing in this Sweepstakes.  All Entries for the Sweepstakes must be entered at one time and a Participant may not go back and add more entries at a later time. 

How to Enter. You can enter this Sweepstakes and receive one or more Entries into each Drawing in this Sweepstakes through the Donation Method or Free Method, as each are defined in the Official Rules. To enter using the Donation Method, tap “Donate and Enter” for this Sweepstakes and make a donation to the Donor Fund for the benefit of the Charity. To enter using the Free Method, without any donation, go to https://api.jackpocket.com/live/orders/new, and fill out the webform located there with the following information: full name, mailing address and the email address you used to create your Jackpocket account, and the number of Entries you would like in each Drawing in the applicable Sweepstakes, up to the Entry Maximum, as detailed in the applicable Sweepstakes Rules. All use of the App is subject to its general terms and conditions at jackpocket.com/tos.

Donor Rewards. All donations made in connection with sweepstakes occurring from April 16, 2024 through April 26, 2024, including this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Qualifying Sweepstakes”), will qualify you to receive certain donor rewards. If your total donations across the Qualifying Sweepstakes meet the thresholds below, you will receive the donor reward identified in the table below, subject to the terms and conditions identified in the table below. You are solely responsible for determining your tax liability in connection with any donor rewards. No substitution or transfer of donor rewards except in Jackpocket’s discretion. We will contact you as laid out in the table below within seven (7) days of you reaching the applicable donor reward threshold.

For the sake of clarity, if you donate fifty dollars ($50.00) across the Qualifying Sweepstakes, you will receive a shout-out during a Reveal and a promo code for $4 off a lottery ticket order.

Drawing Information

This Sweepstakes is made up of three (3) Drawings: Drawing 1, Drawing 2, and Drawing 3.

Number of Winners. The number of Winners chosen (the, “Number of Winners”, with each a “Winner”) for Drawing 1 is one (1), for Drawing 2 is one (1), and for Drawing 3 is one (1).

Prize. The prize awarded to the Winner(s) (the, “Prize”) for Drawing 1 is one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400), for Drawing 2 is two thousand one hundred dollars ($2,100), and for Drawing 3 is three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500). The total prize value of all prizes is equal to seven thousand dollars ($7,000).
