This “Big Game Upgrade” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to natural persons who are physically present in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Texas, Washington DC and West Virginia (“Participating Jurisdictions”) who are at least 18 years old (21 years old in Arizona and 19 years old in Nebraska) at the time of entry, excluding individuals referenced in the “Sponsor” paragraph below.
