Eligibility. This Fall “Rake in the Cash” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside of Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Washington, D.C. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Jackpocket Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 145 W 45th St, Floor 12, New York, New York 10036. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 6:00 AM ET and ends on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, place a lottery ticket order on the Jackpocket mobile application and use promo code FALL at checkout. The promo code does not provide a discount to purchase and is used to keep track of entries. For new users, placing an order will require downloading the Jackpocket mobile application, opening and registering an account, and funding the account prior to placing the order. All use of the Jackpocket mobile application is subject to its general terms and conditions at jackpocket.com/tos.
Free Entry: To enter for free, you must complete both of the following two steps, each of which is free and easy to complete in just a few moments of time: first, you must download the Jackpocket mobile application and open and register an account and, second, during the Entry Period, you must go to the website, https://jackpocket.typeform.com/to/z2hNm1o8, and complete the typeform at such website with the following information: full name, phone number, mailing address and the email address you used to register your Jackpocket account. The email address that you enter in the typeform MUST match the email address that you used to register your Jackpocket account. If the email addresses do not match, then your entry will be disqualified. Upon successful completion of both of the steps noted hereunder, you do not need to fund your Jackpocket account in order to enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period and registering for a Jackpocket account is free.
Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Winners and Prizes. Three (3) winners will be chosen. The first winner will win the following prize (the “First Prize”): $1,000.00 in Jackpocket account credits. These credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE and no cash will be provided for them. Approximate retail value to the First Prize winner: $1,000.00. The second winner will win the following prize (the “Second Prize”): $500.00 in Jackpocket account credits. These credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE and no cash will be provided for them. Approximate retail value to the Second Prize winner: $500.00. The third winner will win the following prize (the “Third Prize”): $250.00 in Jackpocket account credits. These credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE and no cash will be provided for them. Approximate retail value to the Third Prize winner: $250.00. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility, including any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the prizes, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier.
Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period, taking place on or about Monday, October 25, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET, at Sponsor’s place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person associated with the account or provided by email. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Inability of Sponsor to contact a winner by telephone within forty-eight (48) hours after selection may result in disqualification of such winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing as Sponsor’s discretion. The First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize, consisting of Jackpocket account non-withdrawable credits, will be credited to the Jackpocket account of each respective winner within three business days after each such winner has been notified and accepted the applicable prize If any prize is returned as undeliverable, then such prize will be forfeited and another winner may be randomly drawn.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible participants, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. You agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Winners acknowledge that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world, including, without limitation, in social media advertisements and announcements.
Winner’s Name. The names of winners are available only for thirty (30) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To receive the names of winners, where permitted by law, or printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at fallgiveaway@jackpocket.com.
