OVERVIEW:
- This End of Summer Multi-Day Sweepstakes comprises a series of five separate daily drawings.
- Entry into any particular day’s drawing is separate and entry one day is not entry for any other day.
Eligibility. This End of Summer Multi-Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside of Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Washington, D.C. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Jackpocket Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 145 W 45th St, Floor 12, New York, New York 10036. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Periods. This Sweepstakes has five separate entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) for five separate drawings with one Entry Period per day on each of Monday, August 23, 2021; Tuesday, August 24, 2021; Wednesday, August 25, 2021; Thursday, August 26, 2021; and Friday, August 27, 2021. The Entry Period for Monday, August 23, 2021 begins at 6:00 AM ET on Monday, August 23, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Monday, August 23, 2021. The Entry Period for Tuesday, August 24, 2021 begins at 6:00 AM ET on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. The Entry Period for Wednesday, August 25, 2021 begins at 6:00 AM ET on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. The Entry Period for Thursday, August 26, 2021 begins at 6:00 AM ET on Thursday, August 26, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, August 26, 2021. The Entry Period for Friday, August 27, 2021 begins at 6:00 AM ET on Friday, August 27, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Friday, August 27, 2021. You must enter during the Entry Period each day in order to be qualified to win that day’s prize.
How to Enter. During the Entry Period each day, place a lottery ticket order on the Jackpocket mobile application and use the following promo codes for each respective day at checkout:
Monday Promo Code: SUNNY

Friday Promo Code: GRAND
The promo code does not provide a discount to purchase and is used to keep track of entries. For new users, placing an order will require downloading the Jackpocket mobile application, opening and registering an account, and funding the account prior to placing the order. All use of the Jackpocket mobile application is subject to its general terms and conditions at jackpocket.com/tos.

Free Entry: To enter for free, you must complete both of the following two steps, each of which is free and easy to complete in just a few moments of time: first, you must download the Jackpocket mobile application and open and register an account and, second, during the Entry Period each day, you must go to the website, https://jackpocket.typeform.com/to/hfjK3CBB, and complete the typeform at such website with the following information: full name, phone number, mailing address and the email address you used to register your Jackpocket account. The email address that you enter in the typeform MUST match the email address that you used to register your Jackpocket account. If the email addresses do not match, then your entry will be disqualified. You do not need to fund your Jackpocket account in order to enter the Sweepstakes during each Entry Period and registering for a Jackpocket account is free. If you do not complete both of these following two steps (with the second step occurring during the respective Entry Period for a day), then your entry will be disqualified. If you are entering on multiple days, you only need to download the Jackpocket mobile application and open and register an account for free one time. Thereafter, during the Entry Period each day, you must only go to the website, https://jackpocket.typeform.com/to/hfjK3CBB, and complete the typeform at such website with the following information: full name, phone number, mailing address and the email address you used to register your Jackpocket account in order to enter for free during the Entry Period that day.

Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER ENTRY PERIOD EACH DAY. YOU MAY ENTER EVERY DAY DURING THE WEEK DURING EACH RESPECTIVE DAY’S ENTRY PERIOD. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Winners and Prizes. The winners and prizes each day are as follows:
Monday: Five (5) winners will be chosen and each winner will win the following prize: $50 in Jackpocket account credits. These credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE and no cash will be provided for them. Approximate retail value to each winner: $50.
Tuesday: One (1) winner will be chosen and will win the following prize: One (1) $250 gift card. Approximate retail value to the winner: $250.
Wednesday: One (1) winner will be chosen and will win the following prize: One (1) $500 gift card. Approximate retail value to the winner: $500.
Thursday: One (1) winner will be chosen and will win the following prize: One (1) 13’’ MacBook Pro, 256GB. Approximate retail value to the winner: $1300.
Friday: Three (3) winners will be chosen. The grand prize winner will win the following prize: $1,000 in Jackpocket account credits. These credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE and no cash will be provided for them. Approximate retail value to the winner: $1,000. The second winner will win the following prize: $500 in Jackpocket account credits. These credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE and no cash will be provided for them. Approximate retail value to the winner: $500. The third winner will win the following prize: $250 in Jackpocket account credits. These credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE and no cash will be provided for them. Approximate retail value to the winner: $250.
Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility, including any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the prizes, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier.
This giveaway is hosted by Jackpocket and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple, Wayfair or Airbnb. Any gift card prizes are subject to all the terms and conditions specified by the company that issued the gift card.
Drawing. Winners for each Entry Period each day will be selected in five separate random drawings (one for Monday, one for Tuesday, one for Wednesday, one for Thursday and one for Friday) from among all eligible entries collected during each Entry Period each day, all taking place on or about September 1, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET, at Sponsor’s place of business. The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person associated with the account or provided by email. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone within forty-eight (48) hours after selection may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing as Sponsor’s discretion. Each prize other than Jackpocket account non-withdrawable credits will be mailed to each winner at the address provided in their entry form within three business days after each such winner has been notified and accepted the applicable prize. Prizes consisting of Jackpocket account non-withdrawable credits will be credited to the Jackpocket account of the winner within three business days after each such winner has been notified and accepted the applicable prize If any prize is returned as undeliverable, then such prize will be forfeited and another winner may be randomly drawn.
Odds. The odds of winning each day will depend on the number of eligible participants during such day, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. You agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Winners acknowledge that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world, including, without limitation, in social media advertisements and announcements.
Winner’s Name. The name of winner is available only for thirty (30) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To receive the name of winners, where permitted by law, or printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at endofsummergiveaway@jackpocket.com.
